Stop Time<\/p><p>Grace Period: 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.<\/p><p>Beyond Grace Period: Wait time is billed in 15-minute increments.<\/p><p>Private Flights &amp; Trains: As monitoring capabilities are limited, wait time will be billed for any passenger arrivals delayed more than 15 minutes.<\/p><p>Passenger Stops On-Route:<\/p><p>$15 per stop (Sedans, SUVs, Vans, Limousines)<\/p><p>$25 per stop (Buses)<\/p><p>Stops exceeding 5 minutes are billed at wait time rates.<\/p><p>Passenger Stops Off-Route: Reverts to the hourly rate.<\/p><h2>Cancellations &amp; No-Shows<\/h2><p>Sedans, SUVs, Vans, Limousines:<\/p><p>Cancel within 24 hours of pick-up: 50% of base fare + gratuity.<\/p><p>Cancel within 12 hours of pick-up: 100% of base fare + gratuity.<\/p><p>Specialty Vehicles (Mercedes, Executive Vans, Luxury Vans\/Buses, Minibuses):<\/p><p>Cancellations with less than 72 hours\u2019 notice will incur the full hourly minimum.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Cancellations for any trips during Formula 1 is a month before, any time after is considered a late cancel<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>25% is due upon booking and the other is due a week before the pick-up date.<\/p><p>Agreed additional charges will be charge as the reservation progresses. If using card to pay, a<\/p><p>fee of 3.5% will be added to the total.<\/p><p>No-Shows: A fee equal to the base fare + gratuity + applicable wait time will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location.<\/p><p>To avoid a no-show fee, please contact 305-404-1000 or 305-<wbr \/>404-3000immediately if you are unable to locate your vehicle.<\/p><p>Additional Conditions<\/p><p>Imperial Transportation shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, or mechanical issues.<\/p><p>Imperial Transportation assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or items left in the vehicle.<\/p><\/div><div>\u00a0<\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Pinnacle of Safety, Service, and Satisfaction Billing Trips are billed directly to the customer\u2019s credit card or corporate account.
