Billing
Trips are billed directly to the customer’s credit card or corporate account.
Accepted payment methods include: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Diners Club.
When applicable, gratuity is calculated on the base fare, stop time, wait time, and any holiday surcharges, and will appear as an itemized charge on the billing statement.

Administration Fee
Certain trips may also require
charges for driver meals and/or overnight accommodations.
Applicable taxes will be applied as required by law.
All rates are confirmed at the time a reservation is made and billed in U.S. Dollars (USD)at the prevailing exchange rate, where applicable.
Due to exchange rate fluctuations, international rate equivalents may vary.
Rates
Point-to-Point Travel: Standardized flat-rate pricing is available for travel within the Greater Miami area.
Hourly Travel:
Applied when a point-to-point rate does not exist.
For reservations outside the city of Miami, an additional 30 minutes of travel time each way will be billed, in addition to passenger time in the vehicle.
Time Rounding: Billing is rounded to the nearest 15-minute increment.
Late-Night Travel (12:00 AM – 4:00 AM): A 20% surcharge will be applied to the base fare, stop time, and wait time, calculated garage-to-garage.
Wait Time & Stop Time
Grace Period: 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.
Beyond Grace Period: Wait time is billed in 15-minute increments.
Private Flights & Trains: As monitoring capabilities are limited, wait time will be billed for any passenger arrivals delayed more than 15 minutes.
Passenger Stops On-Route:
$15 per stop (Sedans, SUVs, Vans, Limousines)
$25 per stop (Buses)
Stops exceeding 5 minutes are billed at wait time rates.
Passenger Stops Off-Route: Reverts to the hourly rate.
Cancellations & No-Shows
Sedans, SUVs, Vans, Limousines:
Cancel within 24 hours of pick-up: 50% of base fare + gratuity.
Cancel within 12 hours of pick-up: 100% of base fare + gratuity.
Specialty Vehicles (Mercedes, Executive Vans, Luxury Vans/Buses, Minibuses):
Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice will incur the full hourly minimum.
Cancellations for any trips during Formula 1 is a month before, any time after is considered a late cancel
25% is due upon booking and the other is due a week before the pick-up date.
Agreed additional charges will be charge as the reservation progresses. If using card to pay, a
fee of 3.5% will be added to the total.
No-Shows: A fee equal to the base fare + gratuity + applicable wait time will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location.

Imperial Transportation shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, or mechanical issues.
Imperial Transportation assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or items left in the vehicle.
